Sustainability Practices
Sustainable fashion and self-care involves creating products in an eco-friendly, socially just, and holistically responsible manner. At heavenlyychild, we strive to adhere to this movement. Here are some of our sustainable practices:
• All products are handmade with minimal inventory, emphasizing our desire to minimize our environmental footprint.
• Prioritizing recycled, deadstock, and scrap materials over new sources for all products.
• Locally sourced materials are prioritized before finding other sources.
• All fabric waste is repurposed for future projects, resulting in zero-waste products.
• We avoid single-use designs. All products can be reused countless times and can be recycled and repurposed after their lifespan is up. Explore our blog for tips on up-cycling old items!
• Shipping supplies are 100% recyclable and/or biodegradable.
• We always avoid toxic unnatural dyes or coloring in our products.
• Full transparency regarding sourcing, manufacturing, and labor practices.
